About Your Trainer
Originally from Columbus, Ohio but now living in New York, Chantha Thach is the Radical Body Transformations coach that puts her heart into everything she does.
After going through some hard times, her escape became fitness. It allowed her to transform her pain into power, with the added bonus of getting physically fit. To her, fitness is more than just lifting weights and looking good, it’s about the evolution of your mind, behavior and self-esteem; and that’s what she wants to share with the world, and everybody at Radical Body Transformations.
After achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, she began working as a fashion designer. However after doing this for a while, she realized her heart wasn’t in it and was feeling unhappy. She began working out, taking solace in the gym. She signed up to compete in a bodybuilding show for the sole purpose of self-empowerment. After successfully winning her first show, taking home four trophies and qualifying for Nationals, she felt more exhilarated than ever. It was time to reexamine her career.
She quit her job and became a trainer, driven by a desire to help people and teach them about the power of fitness. Since that, she has achieved multiple certifications in:
- Pre and post natal exercise
- Kettlebell foundation
- Myofascial release
To Chantha, working out is about feeling empowered. When you achieve something you presumed you couldn’t, you prove to yourself you are capable, strong and unstoppable. This transforms how you live and think.
Aside from her career, Chantha is an artist. She creates fitness-related art, enjoys cooking and is constantly reading self-development and fitness books – dedicated to become her best self.
