About your trainer
As a fitness professional and mother of two boys, Jye and Troy, MOCO is very aware of the challenges facing mothers, future mothers, parents and adults in reaching and maintaining their fitness goals. Who we are and who we will be is defined by how we respond to these challenges. MOCO’s primary goal as a Health & Fitness Lifestyle Trainer is to assist each individual with a plan to optimize their health through both physical training and sound nutrition.
After realizing through her own lifestyle transformation experiences losing over 100 pounds MOCO gets excited at the prospect of helping others. Her enthusiasm and interpersonal skills result in her clients adopting permanent positive changes in their lifestyle that enable them to maintain their excellent health and fitness for a lifetime. She focuses not merely on nutrition, but on the art and science of habit change because, she believes, that it is your habits that determine your health, your relationships and everything else.
Aside from her Radical Body Transformation role, MOCO is the founder of MOCO FITNESS, created to help share the power of exercise and nutrition.
MOCO began her fitness journey, qualifying as a Personal Trainer and entering into the world of bodybuilding. As before that during her pregnancy she was diagnosed high-risk with placenta praevia and gained 90 pounds. After the birth of her first son she focused her entire energy on his upbringing, dislodging her identity as a fit, active woman. Two years later her second son was born with more challenges facing her, she suffered from postpartum depression and her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer at the age of 52 only 3 months after her second son’s birth. Dealing with her depression and watching her father suffer and die from lung and brain cancer reminded MOCO that health is the most important thing, and only with good health can you be the best version of yourself. This motivated her to get back to the gym. While training she lost over 100 pounds, rediscovering her identity, and was truly happy again. With her devotion to health and fitness, she uses her personal experiences from achieving her own weight loss goals to understand her clients and motivate them to love themselves and to be happy, healthy, and fit. She teaches people how to live a healthy lifestyle and keep the weight off forever with life changing results both inside and out.
Through her hard work and dedication to her clients, MOCO is following her dreams to be a top fitness model to motivate the world by sharing her life journey. She is competitive in nature and has competed in many Figure/Women’s Physique & Mixed Pairs Competitions. Her drive as an athlete led her to compete in the CN Tower Climb Races, 64 km Canoe Races, 5 km and 10 km races. She holds some of the top awards in Northern Ontario.
MOCO’s mission statement is to empower her clients mentally and physically through motivation, education, and inspiration. She BELIEVES that:

RBT aims to reach out to a vast majority of people and transform their lives for good, by making them believe how convenient it can get to stay healthy and move together as a fit community, once you initiate putting an effort. And we have already helped many to achieve their fitness goals.
